Job Description

You will assist the daily accounting processes of the entities of the group.
Under direct responsibility of the chief accountant, you will have diverse and various tasks which are divided in two main categories; classic accounting duties and administrative work.

The first category makes you responsible for the accounting data entry in all the different ledgers; hence you will have to work directly with our suppliers and customers:
  • Bookkeeping of Purchase records and handling of some suppliers
  • Bookkeeping of Sales records
  • Bookkeeping of other transactions
  • Bookkeeping of Bank records Analytical Entries

The second category includes the following tasks:
  • Handling of administrative issues linked to the activities in eastern countries
  • Taking part in the realization of customer invoices
  • Follow-up of payments and customer recovery
  • Assisting the chief accountant in the payments Invoices validation with Directors
  • Taking part in Salary process

Furthermore, following the objective of internalizing the accountancy of different countries, you will have to set-up the different charts of accounts for those countries and take part in the release of the first profit and loss statements and balance sheets.


Ideal Candidate
  • 0 - 4 years of experience candidate graduated in accounting or related discipline; you are looking for a challenging position in an international environment.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent level of English and Chinese (especially in reading) is required.
