JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
a. Assist in daily finance and administrative matters.
b. Ensure timely key in accurate accounting and finance source data into accounting system.
c. Ensure proper filling of documents.
d. To prepare payment to suppliers, staff and sub-contractors based on time line set/due date.
e. Prepare payment vouchers, dealer commission calculation, claims calculation, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables, and bank-in.
f. Able to handle full set of accounts.
g. To be responsible for accounts payable and general ledgers.
h. To prepare bank reconciliation and daily cash flow.
i. To be responsible for timely closing of monthly accounts.
j. To maintain summaries of finance related matters.
k. To handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION
a. Single Female and Male are acceptable
b. University graduates of Accounting/Finance;
c. At least 1 year working experience
d. Computer Literate: Microsoft Word and Excel;
e. Fluent in English;
f. Independent and great interpersonal skills
g. Possess own transport

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

a. Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications
a. Working Day : 5 and half days;
b. Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 5.30pm; Sat: 8.45am – 12.45pm.
c. Public holiday : Following Vietnam Calendar
d. Probation : 2 months
