TUYỂN TREASURY ACCOUNTANT tai TP.HCM

Greyfinders' client-a global company in FMCG- is looking for a Treasury Accountant.

Location: Ho Chi Minh city

Job scope:
- Register Contracts, Purchase Requests (PR’s) , Purchase Orders (PO’s), Small Order Requests (SOR’s) relating to invoices upon receipt. Control expenditure against individual contracts
- Make payments against invoices with valid authorized supporting documents such as contracts, PSR’s, SOR’s BOL, Acceptance Minutes.
- Resolve queries from supplier, internal, external auditors, tax officer, customs officer re invoices / payments etc.
- Process payments in Oracle.
- Prepare Journals re Accounts Payments and post to Oracle system. Ensure timeliness and accurate coding.
- Provide bankers with supporting document for payment processing related to overseas T/T, customs duty, tax.
- Monitoring daily cash movement report and cash projection report.
- Monitoring and resolving incorrect charges with Banks.
- Upload data to HFM system

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must have 1-2 years of hands-on relevant accounting experience in Manufacturing industry, an FMCG is an advantage.
- Good command of English and computer skills, master Excel
- Team spirit
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Self-organized, quality and details oriented.
