Yêu cầu và nội dung công việc cụ thể như sau:

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

I. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the accounting operation in Head Office, for the financial consolidation and reporting of total company.
• Deal with tax and government authority on all reporting issues and other relevant stuffs
• Responsible for the accuracy of data/ report to support management for business decision making
II. Role Description:
• Prepare Financial statements for all company
• Prepare and analyze management accounting reports
• Provide commercial analysis for new business initiatives/ projects planning
• Be responsible for all audits (KPMG, Tax, etc.)
• Be responsible for contacting and dealing with tax/ audit authorities. To solve tax/ audit issues.
• Coordinate with HR to develop, implement, and control the implementation of finance policies in all areas and all locations nation-wide
• Manage and develop staff efficiently in a high spirit of team working
• Co-operate with other functions in both financial and operations activities such as Forecasts, Operating Reviews, etc.
• Own/ lead/ participate in various projects as requested
III. Candidate requirements
• Good in International Accounting and GAAP
• Exposure to management accounting with very strong business senses
• Strong in analytical work and problem solving
• Good in Vietnamese Accounting System and local accounting rules
• Good experience in managing and using accounting software
• Good English/ communication
• Good management skills
• Be proactively action-minded and result-oriented
• At least 2 years in the same or equal position
• Good computer skills
